More discussions are being held on Missouri’s complex fence law

SAVANNAH, Mo. - Experts are looking to talk about Missouri's complex fence law.

Agricultural Business Specialist with MU Extension in Putnam County, Joe Koenen, told KXCV/KRNW that the main point is to discuss land ownership.
